My Story

Guide. Space holder. Guardian of breath, movement, and emotional truth.

 

My name is Daria Rad, and I create spaces where you can remember your real self through breath, movement, voice, body, and the parts of you that have been silent for too long.

 

My path didn’t start with clarity. It began with overwhelm.

For years, I lived as someone who “had it all together”: reliable, composed, in control.

On the outside — calm. On the inside — anxiety, tension, and a quiet, aching sense of:

 

“I’m not really living. I’m just holding it all in.”

 

The turning point came when I finally let myself feel, instead of being “good.”

What came was a wave — tears, heat, anger, then relief.

That was my first meeting with my emotional body.

The one we’re taught to shut down.

And that was the moment I began coming home to myself — not through the mind, but through sensation.

My Approach

My approach to holding space for others in my programs is rooted in creating a supportive and transformative environment. I prioritize establishing a safe and welcoming setting, carefully selecting locations, appropriate lighting, and suitable music.

 

In the Rebirthing Breath-work Sessions, I guide participants through intentional and rhythmic breathing techniques. This helps them access deep states of relaxation and self-discovery. I pay close attention to their breath patterns, offering gentle adjustments and encouragement as needed.

 

The Dynamic and Osho AUM meditations add another layer to self-discovery. These powerful meditations are designed to facilitate inner exploration and emotional release. I lead participants through these dynamic practices, allowing them to tap into their inner energy and connect with their emotions on a profound level. Allowing participants to fully express all the build-up stagnant energy, anger, frustration, and grief.

 

Emotional Awareness is a cornerstone of my approach. I encourage participants to embrace their emotions without judgment or expectation. I provide gentle prompts and reflections to help them navigate their feelings and gain insight into their inner world.

 

Authentic Relating workshops play a crucial role in this approach. These workshops are designed to provide a space for participants to explore and express their true selves. Through various activities and group exercises, individuals have the opportunity to connect with their authentic selves and share their unique experiences.

Throughout all of these practices, I remain present and attuned to the energy of the group. I offer support and encouragement, while also respecting each individual’s unique process. Afterward, I provide a space for reflection and integration, allowing participants to share their experiences and insights if they feel comfortable.

 

Overall, my approach to holding space for others in all of the workshops is centered on creating a nurturing and transformative environment that promotes self-discovery, growth, feeling yourself, presence within the body, and ultimately more love within.”
