My Story

From Pain to Presence: My Journey Back to Myself

  A Childhood Shaped by Survival

I was born in Soviet Russia, in a time when life demanded strength more than softness. My childhood was filled with loneliness, betrayal, bullying, abandonment, and abuse. These experiences made me close my heart and stop trusting people. I learned to be independent because I had no other choice. On the outside, I became strong. On the inside, I longed for safety, love, and freedom — things I didn’t know how to receive.

I carried that longing quietly for many years.

Starting Over in a New Country

In my early twenties, I moved to the United States. I worked long hours, pushed myself hard, and built a successful entertainment business in Miami. I wore strength like armor, believing that if I just achieved enough, the emptiness inside me would go away.

But even with success, something felt missing. The more I accomplished, the clearer it became that I was disconnected from myself.

One day, exhausted from holding everything in, I asked the Universe to show me another way. That simple moment — a moment of honesty — opened the door to my healing.

  Stepping Onto the Healing Path

My healing journey began slowly. It unfolded through plant medicine ceremonies, reiki, breathwork, prayer, meditation, kundalini, and other yogic practices. For several years I learned from indigenous elders, spiritual teachers, coaches, and guides. Most importantly, I learned from my own pain.

This work helped me reconnect with the parts of myself I had pushed away for years. I learned how to cry again without shame. I learned how to laugh again without pretending. I learned how to shake, breathe, and let my body release what it had been holding.

Through breath and movement, I began to feel alive in my body — maybe for the first time.

  Remembering Who I Am

Healing softened me. It brought me back to my heart. It made me more feminine, more playful, more caring, and more open. Instead of seeing my sensitivity as a weakness, I began to understand it as a strength. I realized that healing is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you were before the pain hardened you.

Little by little, I became myself again — not the version shaped by survival, but the woman I was always meant to be.

  Sharing My Healing With Others

Today, I help others reconnect with themselves the same way I did. Through breathwork, emotional release practices, and somatic meditation, I create spaces where people can feel safe, express what they’ve been holding, and return to their bodies with compassion.

I guide others because I know how painful it is to carry everything alone. I know how much courage it takes to feel again. And I know how freeing it is when your body finally exhales and your heart opens.

Everything I share comes from my own healing — from experience, not theory.

With Presence, Gratitude, and an Open Heart

My life today is filled with presence and gratitude. Not because every day is perfect, but because I no longer abandon myself. I meet life with an open heart instead of a closed one. I breathe through moments that once overwhelmed me. I trust the softness that I used to fear.

I believe that no matter where you come from, no matter what you’ve lived through, healing is always possible. You can come back home to yourself. You can feel safe in your own body again. You can begin again — with one conscious breath and one open heart.

From breath to freedom, from pain to presence — this is my path. And if you choose it, it can be yours too.

  With love,
  Daria Rad

My Approach

Where Healing Meets Humanity

My approach to this work is rooted in presence, honesty, and the understanding that every body carries its own story. I don’t believe in fixing people — I believe in creating spaces where people can remember who they truly are beneath the noise, the conditioning, and the pain.

Through breath, movement, and awareness, we work not only with the mind but with the intelligence of the body and the nervous system. I combine modalities such as Dynamic Meditation, AUM, Rebirthing Breathwork, and emotional release work — allowing each session to unfold organically, depending on what is alive in the moment.

The Foundation of Safety and Trust

Every journey begins with safety. Before any deep work, we ground, connect, and establish clear agreements. Participants are invited to express fully but also to honor their boundaries. This container of trust allows emotions, sensations, and memories to surface without fear or shame. In that safe environment, the body begins to release what it has been holding, and the nervous system naturally reorganizes toward balance.

The Power of Expression

I encourage full emotional expression — crying, laughing, shaking, sounding, moving — because this is how the body completes unfinished experiences. Expression is not chaos; it is regulation. When energy is given permission to move, it transforms into clarity, peace, and presence.

My role is not to direct what should happen, but to hold space for whatever does.

Integration and Embodiment

After every release comes stillness. Integration is where healing becomes real — when insights turn into embodied understanding. I invite participants to rest, breathe, and feel the softness that follows the storm.

This phase is where self-love and awareness deepen. It’s not about reaching enlightenment; it’s about feeling more human, more alive, and more connected to yourself and the world around you.

The Intention

My intention is to help people rediscover their natural state of aliveness — to bring breath where there was holding, movement where there was stagnation, and compassion where there was judgment. I meet each person exactly where they are, with care, precision, and authenticity.

This work is for anyone ready to come home to themselves — to live from the body, the heart, and the breath.

Because true healing doesn’t make you someone new.
It helps you remember who you’ve always been.
