What to Expect

Length
A full AUM Meditation typically lasts 3 hours, moving through fourteen emotional stages. Each stage has a clear intention and energy, creating a complete arc from expression into presence.
Intensity Level
AUM is powerful and emotionally charged. It is more interactive and expressive than individual meditations. You will move, breathe strongly, express emotion, and engage with others — always at your own pace and within clear boundaries.
Emotional Range
AUM intentionally guides you through a wide spectrum of feelings — from anger to laughter, sadness to joy, tension to release, vulnerability to love. These emotions rise because the body finally feels safe enough to express them. Every response is natural and welcome.
Safety
The container is carefully held and actively facilitated. Emotional expression is encouraged, but always within safety and self-responsibility. After-Care
