Terms of Purchase

Please read these Terms of Purchase (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before purchasing any services or offerings from Daria Rad LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

BY PURCHASING ANY SERVICE, PRODUCT, PROGRAM, OR EVENT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.

These Terms govern all purchases made through our Website, in person, or via any digital payment method.

1. Offerings Covered

These Terms apply to, but are not limited to, the purchase of:

  • Breathwork sessions (including Rebirthing Breathwork)

  • Dynamic Meditation & AUM emotional release workshops

  • In-person sessions and events

  • Online sessions via Zoom or other platforms

  • Single-session purchases, class packages, and group programs

  • Any related written, audio, or digital content provided

All content delivered remains the exclusive property of the Company.

2. Payment Terms

Purchaser agrees to pay the price listed at the time of purchase.

Accepted forms of payment may include:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Online payment processors (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Wix Payments)

  • Approved in-person payment methods

 

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered and selected:

  • All scheduled payments must be completed

  • Failure to pay any installment on time may result in loss of access

  • Any past-due balances must be paid immediately upon request

 

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Credits

All sales are final, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.

Due to limited capacity and the nature of group preparation:

  • No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations within 24 hours of an event

  • If the Company cancels or reschedules an event, you may choose:

    • a full refund or

    • a credit toward a future offering

  • Credits must be used within 3 months of issuance

No refunds will be issued after services have been delivered, whether attended or not.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Use

Purchaser receives personal use only access to materials (audio, video, instructions, handouts).

Purchaser may not:

  • Share, publish, reproduce, record, resell, or distribute materials

  • Claim authorship of any content or methods

  • Use content to teach or create a program without written permission

Violation may result in legal action and removal from programs without refund.

5. Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

Purchaser acknowledges:

  • Participation may involve physical exertion and emotional processing

  • Company does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee specific outcomes

  • Purchaser must consult appropriate medical professionals if necessary

By completing a purchase, you affirm that:

  • You are 18+ years old

  • You are voluntarily participating

  • You accept full responsibility for your health and safety

A signed Liability Waiver is required for participation in all physical/emotional activities.

Failure to complete required intake forms or waiver may result in denial of entry without refund.

6. Conduct & Dismissal

Purchaser agrees to maintain respectful behavior and follow all facilitator instructions.

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant for:

  • Unsafe, disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive actions

  • Violation of group agreements

  • Breach of confidentiality or waiver terms

Removal does not entitle purchaser to a refund.

7. No Transfer of Rights

Purchases are non-transferable, unless expressly approved in writing.

8. Representations & Warranties

The Company warrants:

  • It owns the content and services provided

  • Services will be delivered with commercially reasonable care

The Purchaser warrants:

  • All registration information provided is accurate

  • Participation is voluntary and within their capability

  • They have reviewed and agree to all other Company legal documents:

    • Privacy Policy

    • Terms & Conditions

    • Liability Waiver & Disclaimer

 

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Travis County, Texas.

10. Confidentiality

Any proprietary information shared within programs must remain confidential.
Purchaser may not publicly disclose training process, methods, or participant-sensitive interactions.

 

11. Amendments

 

We may update these Terms at any time.
Revisions become effective immediately upon posting.
