  1:1 coaching with me is an intimate, personalized journey designed to meet you exactly where you are. Unlike group sessions, this is your space — a place where you can slow down, speak openly, release safely, and explore what’s happening in your life without judgment or pressure. Whether you’re navigating emotional blocks, relationship patterns, nervous system stress, or the desire for more clarity and confidence, our work together is built around your needs, your pace, and your truth.

  In these sessions, I combine somatic awareness, breathwork, emotional release practices, intuitive guidance, and grounded conversation. We work with the body, not just the mind — so the changes you experience are real, embodied, and long-lasting. This is not traditional talk therapy, and it’s not quick “mindset tips.” It’s deeper. It helps you feel yourself again — your softness, your strength, your intuition, your aliveness.

  People often come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for a shift they can’t make on their own. And session by session, layer by layer, we work through whatever is standing between you and the life you want to live.
