Code of Conduct for Safety
This Code of Conduct exists to protect the emotional and physical wellbeing of every participant. Our sessions involve deep emotional expression, somatic movement, breathwork, and embodied practices. To maintain a safe, respectful, and conscious environment, all participants agree to the following:

1. Respect the Space and Each Other
This is a sacred, confidential environment. You agree to treat every person with respect, kindness, and non-judgment. Everyone’s process is unique. Comparison, criticism, and comments about others’ expression are not permitted.
2. Keep Your Expression Directed Inward
Emotional expression — crying, laughing, shaking, vocal release, movement — is welcome and encouraged, especially in active meditations.
However, all expression must remain self-directed.
No projecting emotions onto others, no physical contact without consent, and no actions that could disrupt the safety of the group.
3. Follow the Guidance of the Facilitator
You agree to follow the instruction and structure of the session. This ensures the entire group moves together safely. You can always modify movement or intensity for comfort, but altering the flow of the practice or disrupting the container is not allowed.
4. Zero Tolerance for Violent or Harmful Behavior
Violence — physical, verbal, or energetic — is strictly prohibited. This includes aggressive behavior, threatening gestures, intimidating expression, or any action that endangers others. Anyone violating this boundary will be asked to leave immediately.
5. Honor Physical Boundaries
Maintain appropriate space between yourself and other participants unless a guided exercise involves interaction with clear, mutual consent. No touching, hugging, or physical contact without explicit agreement from the facilitator and the other person.
6. Emotional Responsibility
You are responsible for your own emotions, reactions, and triggers. If something feels overwhelming, you may slow down, pause, or seek support. You agree to express your emotions consciously and safely, not impulsively or toward others.
7. Arrive Sober and Clear
All participants must arrive free from alcohol or substances. Somatic work requires clarity, presence, and grounded awareness.
8. Confidentiality
What happens in the session stays in the session. You agree to protect the privacy of others and never share anyone’s emotional expression, words, or process outside this space.
9. Care for Your Body
Take responsibility for your physical body. Move within your range of comfort. Inform the facilitator of any injuries or conditions that may require modification. You can rest or pause at any time without asking permission.
10. Commitment to Presence
You agree to stay engaged, grounded, and present throughout the work.
No phones, side conversations, or distractions during the session.
Your presence supports the safety of the group.

In Essence
This Code of Conduct ensures that every person in the room can release, breathe, and heal without fear. By honoring these guidelines, you help create a space where emotional expression feels safe, conscious, and deeply supported.

Thank you for helping protect the integrity and safety of this work.
